How do guests find the QR code?
On every table card, the program, and the bar. We provide print-ready PDFs. Most weddings include a single signage card at the entrance too.

What if grandma doesn't know how to scan a QR code?
Honestly — most do, but for the rest, anyone with a phone camera can hand it to a younger guest. We've also seen wedding parties designate a "photo wrangler" who helps the table.

Can we keep the photos private?
Yes. The wall and gallery are URL-based — only people with the link can see them. Password protection is available on Signature and up.

How long can we keep the gallery?
90 days on Essential, 1 year on Signature and Premier, longer on Agency and Enterprise. You can also download all originals before the gallery closes.

What about photos we don't want shown?
Moderation handles it. Your wedding party or planner can approve, hide, or delete any photo at any time. If a guest later asks you to remove a photo of them, our removal request flow handles that too.

Can our photographer use this alongside their own work?
Yes — many photographers upsell Fotowall as a complement to their package. The originals from Fotowall are 15MB, phone-quality is enough to print, and your photographer can use them in the recap album. We have a referral program for photographers.
