White-label: hide Fotowall attribution

PREMIER Available on the Premier plan and above.

How to remove the Fotowall logo and credit from the live wall, the guest upload page, and the public gallery. Available on Premier and Enterprise plans for events that need a fully custom presentation.

White-label removes the Fotowall logo and “Powered by Fotowall” credit from the visible event surfaces — for events where any third-party brand presence would distract from the host or sponsor.

White-label is available on the Premier plan (per-event toggle) and the Enterprise plan (account-wide default). It is not available on lower tiers — that’s intentional; we offer white-label as a value-add for the events where it actually matters, not as a free anti-branding option.

What white-label removes

When enabled, the following Fotowall attribution disappears:

  • The “Powered by Fotowall” line at the bottom of the live wall.
  • The Fotowall mark in the corner of the guest upload page.
  • The Fotowall logo on the public gallery footer.
  • The “Made with Fotowall” line at the bottom of post-event email summaries (Premier feature).

What white-label does NOT remove

  • The fotowall.io domain on the gallery URL (use Enterprise + custom domain to remove this).
  • The fotowall.io domain on the QR code URL (custom domain on Enterprise).
  • The Fotowall mention in the photo-removal-request flow at the bottom of the public gallery, because guests need to know where to go for removal requests.
  • Internal links in the admin dashboard (only event-facing surfaces are white-labeled, not the admin tool).

How to enable on Premier

Open event settings → Branding → White-label and toggle on. Takes effect immediately on the live wall.

How to enable on Enterprise

Enterprise plans have white-label on by default, account-wide. You can override per event from the event settings if you want Fotowall attribution back on a specific event (some non-profit events deliberately keep attribution as a vendor credit).

Enterprise plans also support custom domains:

  • The wall: wall.your-event.com
  • The guest upload page: share.your-event.com
  • The public gallery: photos.your-event.com

Custom domain setup requires a CNAME record at your DNS provider — we handle SSL automatically once the CNAME resolves. Contact hello@fotowall.io to start the setup.
