STEP 01 Create a HubSpot private app
HubSpot → Settings → Integrations → Private Apps → Create. Scope: crm.objects.contacts.write.

Event settings → Integrations → HubSpot. Paste the private-app token.

Create custom contact properties in HubSpot (e.g. fotowall_event, fotowall_photo_url) and Fotowall will populate them.
