Configure once per event. All integration secrets live in your event settings, encrypted at rest, and never exposed to non-superadmins.

  1. STEP 01

    Create a Mailchimp API key

    Mailchimp → Account → Extras → API Keys → Create a Key. Copy it.

  2. STEP 02

    Drop into Fotowall

    Event settings → Integrations → Mailchimp. Paste the API key + your audience ID.

  3. STEP 03

    Pick the tags

    Optionally set tags that get applied to every synced contact (e.g. "fotowall", "gala-2026").
