We run one of your activations free. Then you decide.
No demo. No deck. We bring the tech and a founder-led engineer to one of your events, configure it to your client, and run it on the night. Cost: $0. If it works, you sign for your next activation. If it does not, you keep the data and we eat the cost. This page is the whole arrangement, spelled out.
Reads straight to [email protected]. I reply within two business hours.
One activation. Your scale, your venue, your client.
-
One of your activations. Your call which.
Any scale, any vertical, any client. A 200-person brand dinner or a 5,000-person CPG launch. You pick the one where the content piece usually goes sideways.
-
Founder + engineer on-site for the night.
Where my schedule permits, that is me. Otherwise a designated engineer with the same context. We arrive four hours before doors and stay until the wall is shut down.
-
Configured to your client deliverables.
Sponsor logos, color palette, custom lead-capture fields that match the client CRM. Your client brand team can review every placement in their own isolated workspace before doors open.
What we provide. What you provide.
We provide the content-capture layer and the person who built it. You provide the venue and the event. Clean line.
- The full technology: live photo wall, sponsor logo overlay, guest QR-scan upload, real-time moderation, white-label branding, lead-capture export via webhook.
- A FotoWall engineer on-site for the activation. Setup four hours before doors, teardown after.
- Custom branding configuration matching your client deliverables.
- Post-event data export within 48 hours. JSON + CSV. You own it.
- A one-hour debrief call within seven days.
- The venue and the event. We provide the content-capture layer, not the activation.
- Network at the venue. Wired preferred; we work with WiFi. If neither is reliable, a 4G/5G hotspot.
- Power and a display surface: projector, LED wall, broadcast TV, or large monitor.
- One ops contact reachable during the activation.
- Honest feedback within seven days: what worked, what did not, what would make it useful for your next client.
The agreement, in plain English.
The signed version is one page, governed by Texas law. Here is every term that matters, in the order you would ask about them.
- 01
Cost is $0.
No setup fee, no per-guest fee, no platform fee. If the activation is outside the engineer’s home metro, you reimburse pre-approved travel and lodging at cost (no markup), or fly us in on your existing event-staff arrangements.
- 02
Case study, or no obligation.
In exchange for the free pilot, you grant permission to publish a case study — your name, the outcome metrics, quotes you approve. You review the draft first. We publish nothing you object to, and you can opt out any time before publication. Opt out and the pilot stays free; the clause is voided.
- 03
Money-back if anything breaks.
We warrant the tech functions as described on the day and the engineer is present throughout the window. If anything material breaks — the wall goes down for more than five minutes, sponsor logos do not render, lead capture loses data — we best-effort fix it on-site and re-run your next activation free, same scope, same support. "Material" means anything you or your client would reasonably escalate post-event.
- 04
You own the data. Always.
All event content — photos, lead data, guest interactions — belongs to you and your client. Export anytime. We delete on request per GDPR. We keep only anonymized, aggregated metrics for product improvement. Our underlying technology stays our IP.
- 05
Mutual confidentiality.
Client identity, event details, strategic discussions, and the pricing terms stay confidential both ways for 24 months. We will sign your NDA, or send you a mutual template same day.
- 06
After the pilot: a conversation, not a commitment.
If the pilot succeeds, by your definition of succeeds, you commit to a good-faith conversation about a paid Activation-tier contract for the next event. That is a commitment to talk, not to buy.
Money-back if anything breaks.
If anything material breaks on the night, we fix it on-site where we can and re-run your next activation free — same scope, same support, no cost. You do not carry the risk of putting new tech in front of a client.
Case study, or no obligation.
If it works, we publish a case study you approve line by line. If you would rather not, the pilot stays free and the clause is voided. Either way you walk away with the data and zero commitment.
What directors ask before forwarding a brief.
-
Is this a real agreement or a sales gimmick?
Real. It is a one-page working agreement, plain English, governed by Texas law. We send it as a PDF you can route to your own counsel if you want. For a pilot, most directors read it, flag any concerns, and sign.
-
What is the lead time?
Three weeks minimum before the activation date. Sooner is harder but not impossible — email and we will tell you straight whether we can make it.
-
What counts as "material breakage" for the money-back?
Anything you or your client would reasonably escalate after the event: wall down more than five minutes, sponsor logos not rendering, lead capture losing data. We fix it on-site if we can, and re-run your next activation free regardless.
-
Can we use our own paper instead of your agreement?
Yes. Send it over. We will flag anything we cannot sign — we do not sign exclusivity, IP transfer, or indemnification for events we were not on-site for. Everything else is usually fine.
Forward me the brief.
Whatever you would send your internal team or any other vendor — venue, date, scale, sponsors, the client. I read it before the next email and reply with a five-line setup checklist. If we are a fit, the pilot agreement is one page and the cost is $0.
