Pricing plans overview

A short tour of the Fotowall plans — Essential, Signature, Premier — what's included in each, when to upgrade, and how the per-event model works. Full live pricing is on the main pricing page.

The model: per event, not per month

We charge per event, not per month. The reasoning:

  • Most customers run a handful of events per year. A monthly subscription would either be wasteful (most months unused) or restrictive (a wedding-month customer paying a year-round fee).
  • Per-event pricing aligns the bill with the value. You pay for the wall on the night it runs.
  • No surprise renewals. Each event is a discrete purchase.

For organizations running 10+ events a year, see the Enterprise plan, which moves to an annual contract with unlimited events.

The three tiers

Essential

For small events: intimate weddings, birthdays, baby showers, small fundraisers. Includes one wall, one display device, and the standard four presentation modes. Moderation queue, basic branding, post-event gallery.

Best for events under 100 guests.

Signature

For medium events: standard weddings, mid-size galas, corporate events, conferences. Includes everything in Essential, plus multi-admin team, custom guest fields, sponsor placement (Gold and Silver tiers), saved custom templates, and the after-the-event roll-up email.

Best for events from 100 to 400 guests.

Premier

For large events: large galas, festivals, multi-day conferences. Includes everything in Signature, plus white-label, Premier-tier sponsor anchoring, multi-zone displays for wide LED walls, expanded pin count, custom guest field with extended values, longer post-event retention.

Best for events over 400 guests, or any event where white-label matters.

Enterprise

For organizations running many events: agencies, venues, corporate event teams, conference organizers. Includes everything in Premier, account-wide by default, plus custom domain, account-wide white-label, SSO, dedicated CSM, custom DPA, and a slack channel with our support team. Annual contract.

What every plan includes

These features are on every plan, including Essential:

  • Real-time live wall.
  • Four presentation modes.
  • Moderation queue (manual review or auto-approve).
  • QR code generation in all formats (SVG, PNG, print PDFs).
  • Public post-event gallery.
  • Photo-removal request flow for guests.
  • 12-month photo retention (Premier extends).
  • Email support.

What’s NOT included on any plan

These are out of scope by design:

  • Hardware. We don’t sell or rent display devices. Use a laptop, a streaming stick, or whatever the venue has.
  • On-site staff. We don’t send a person. The platform is designed to be run by the event team or planner.
  • Photographer service. We’re a platform for guest uploads, not a photography service. Coordinate with your photographer separately.

Non-profit and education discounts

Most 501(c)(3) non-profits and verified educational institutions get a 30% discount on every plan. Apply by emailing hello@fotowall.io with your tax ID or institution accreditation; we typically respond within a day.
